- This site is wholly owned by Jonathan Chamberlain (HK) Limited.
- A contract between the customer and Jonathan Chamberlain (HK) Limited for the sale of our products exists from the moment payment is made and remains in force until such time as the product is sent to the address provided by the customer.
- Ebooks in pdf format will be sent either as pdf files to the internet address provided by the customer immediately on confirmation that payment has been made or will be made available for download from this site, in which case the customer will receive a password. The password will be active for 72 hours from the moment the email containing the password is sent to the customer.
- Jonathan Chamberlain (HK) Limited will not be held responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.

Ebooks are sold to the customer on the basis that the customer
i) undertakes not to copy the files for the purpose of distributing them to third parties and
ii) undertakes not to sell these files to any third party.

- The ebooks are sold to the customer on the understanding that it is legal for the customer to make this purchase and to receive the goods according to the laws of the country where the customer is resident.

The ebooks available for purchase at www.longislandpress.co.uk are sold without the addition of any tax or legal fees of any kind. If such taxes, fees, duties or any other kind of surcharge are due on these goods in the country where the customer is resident then it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes, fees or surcharges.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
However, the price is confirmed upon completion of the order and remains valid for the duration of the contract.

Refunds on e-books can only be made if files are not downloaded. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
- We reserve the right to request proof of identification in order to reduce the fraudulent use of credit cards.
- Every effort is made to ensure that shopping on-line is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card if this has not been reported to your credit card company.
- All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written text
on this website are owned and controlled by Jonathan Chamberlain (HK) Limited. They are protected by copyright. Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.
- None of the foregoing affects the customer's statutory rights.
